Currently, on some Android operating system devices from Samsung or Sony, specifically the Sony M4 Aqua (E2312), Sony Xperia C4(E5333), when logging into the Gmail account to download apps on the Play Store, if you set a device lock code and activate the My Xperia feature (communication feature between the phone and Sony website), if you reset the device (restore factory settings) or reinstall the software without remembering the Gmail account or password to log in, the device will be permanently locked (similar to Apple's iCloud, so it cannot be opened). Therefore, you need to be careful and remember your account details.
The best approach is:
- If someone else creates an account for you, request complete information about the created account and enter it into the device. After that, record it down to remember.
