With confidence, Nuguri assures to help DK defeat all teams in the second leg of the LCK Summer 2022 group stage.
The LCK Summer 2022 has reached its halfway mark, and teams are now entering a series of intense matches in the second leg, promising even more tension. These matches are crucial, and the outcomes will determine the future of the teams in this Summer tournament. Any mistakes now will come at a high cost, with no opportunity for redemption if teams are careless and drop victories.

Before entering the LCK Summer 2022, DWG KIA (DK) was the only team among the top 3 strongest teams in the South Korean League of Legends (LoL) scene to undergo roster changes. Specifically, DK bid farewell to the player Hoya, relegating Burdol to the substitute position to welcome back Nuguri - a former player of DK who was part of the team's World Championship victory in 2020 before moving to compete in China's LoL Pro League (LPL).

However, it seems that DK's issues are not solely confined to the Top Lane position. For instance, in the match against their arch-rivals T1, DK's members played incredibly disjointedly. The sole player who truly showed effort in that match was Nuguri. Yet, DK suffered a clean 0-2 defeat against their direct competitors for the title in the LCK Summer 2022 and the upcoming 2022 World Championship spot.

Yet, Nuguri himself appears quite confident about the team's upcoming journey in the second leg of the Summer tournament. The Top Laner of DK shared in a recent interview: 'I heard people call us the 'gatekeepers,' the measure to separate the strong and weak teams in this Summer. I feel a shiver down my spine and absolutely do not want to be called that in the second leg. We will defeat all top-ranked opponents, and even if we lose, we will still prove that we are the top team.'

Furthermore, Nuguri also hopes to exert more influence on the team's gameplay and results in the second leg. However, wanting is one thing. Nuguri himself and his teammates must exert even more effort, not only to demonstrate strength but also to clinch the title at the Summer tournament as well as a spot in the 2022 World Championship in San Francisco at the end of the year.
