Investors should enhance the security of their cryptocurrency wallets.
Over the past few months, many users have reported losing their cryptocurrency in wallets on cryptocurrency groups in Vietnam. Most cases were deceived by cunning tactics of scammers and the negligence of the owners.

An old trick has caused many digital currency investors to lose their electronic wallets. This includes numerous Vietnamese coin holders.
According to reports from individuals in cryptocurrency groups in Vietnam, they lost all their digital assets just because they believed in a 'gift from the sky.' Specifically, the attackers deliberately sent worthless virtual currency to investors' wallets. Believing they were gifted, many investors hesitated to access unfamiliar exchanges or links leading to fake exchanges.
After granting permissions to these fake exchanges to connect with wallets to swap the gifted tokens into more popular digital currencies, investors couldn't execute transactions normally. Instead, the funds in the wallet disappeared without a trace.
Another tactic used by hackers is to install malware to infiltrate investors' computers and phones. Due to negligence, many people have stored the original 12 characters of their cryptocurrency wallet on Facebook, email, or files on their computers and phones. This allows hackers to easily steal and empty the victim's cryptocurrency wallet.
