Using Office on iPhone has become familiar and convenient for users to quickly read and browse documents on their devices. The Office app on iPhone has recently updated its Preview version to include Mobile View, making it easier for users to track these documents.
With the Word app introducing a new feature called Mobile View, documents are automatically adjusted on the iPad screen. If you've ever used Word on iPad in Split View mode, you likely had to resize the document to fit the screen. However, that's no longer an issue.
Additionally, Word has added the Learning Tool feature. For example, now each word in bold will be read aloud or text spacing, column width, and page color will be adjusted to reduce distractions.
With PowerPoint, slides edited by other users will be marked in green. This will be useful if you want to identify who has edited what on the slide.
New accessibility settings in all 3 apps include VoiceOver and larger text sizes. Users can find these settings in Settings => General => Accessibility.
Finally, it's worth mentioning the drag and drop feature, assuming your device has been upgraded to iOS 11. Now you can easily add or move content or copy to other apps using this feature.
