Version 2.60 has added numerous new features, including new shortcuts when a hardware keyboard is connected, and users can now annotate PDF files using text annotation features. Other new features all relate to Word and Outlook.
Office Insider on iOS: Allows voice typing in Word
Download Office on Android, iOS devices:
Word will introduce a new voice command feature, allowing users to easily perform tasks such as starting document creation, deleting text, and more. Users can tap on the small microphone icon to switch to dictation mode (or simply put, composing text via voice), then tap on the large microphone icon to begin issuing commands. The dictation feature also supports additional punctuation.
Outlook will also receive additional new features such as creating tasks from emails, suggesting meetings, and more. These are all features that were previously announced. Users can now add tasks to the Microsoft To Do app from an email via email options. However, users will have to navigate to the Microsoft To Do app to add details or set reminders. The user interface has also undergone significant changes, with the compose button (or add new item icon, in Calendar) placed at the bottom right corner of the app. This makes it easier to work with Outlook one-handed on a phone.
Another useful feature is the meeting suggestions option. Outlook will provide users with reply suggestions when it detects emails containing schedule information. It offers quick responses such as declining or accepting a meeting.

Other features added to Outlook include the ability to set workplace locations via the app (similar to the conference room booking feature), options to create or join meetings on apps like WebEx or Zoom, and a redesigned user interface for the Apple Watch home screen.
