Office Insider Preview Build is now available for Mac users

To address this issue, the software giant Microsoft has introduced new enhancements to improve the privacy of documents in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint when users share their screens. This includes blocking users from taking screenshots of 'sensitive' documents in the latest Office build.

Enhancements in Accessibility

Alongside that, the new Office update for Mac users brings additional functionality improvements to the PowerPoint application. Specifically, the new PowerPoint version adds the Ribbon Accessibility bar, making it easier for users to access accessibility features in documents.

To access and open this new Ribbon Accessibility bar, you simply need to click Check Accessibility on the Review tab.

Finally, the Office Insider Preview is now available for Mac users on the Preview channel to download and explore.
