Microsoft has just released the Windows 10 Insider Preview build for the Fast Ring. This release upgrades the system to Windows 10 Build 19603. 3. General Changes and Improvements
- In the future, services deployed by binary files in user profiles will be maintained and upgraded.
- The Narrator function will no longer automatically activate scan mode when interacting with Ideas table in Excel. In the new Microsoft Edge, Narrator now automatically activates scan mode and starts reading web pages.
- Various bug fixes and enhancements.
