Guide to Online Death Registration
For online death registration, you will need to submit it at the Ward/Commune/Township, depending on the status of the deceased. You can register via the link below:

Below, Mytour will guide you through the online death registration process for the most common death registration scenario. Other statuses of the deceased will have similar registration procedures.
Step 1: After accessing the website, the interface will appear as shown in the image below.
Step 2: In the 'Death Registration' section, click on the 'District/County' box to select your District/County. Then, click on the 'Receiving Agency' box to choose where to submit your documents.
Step 3: Go to the 'Overdue Files, fee 5,000 VND' section and check the box.
Step 4: In the information filling section, fill in accurately and completely from 'Applicant Information', 'Deceased Information' to 'Death Information'.
Note:
- Fields marked with (*) are mandatory to fill in complete information.
- Email is crucial for easy communication and feedback from the Public Service Portal. You can register your email immediately if you don't have one yet.
Step 5: Proceed to the 'Additional Information' section. If you wish to obtain a certified copy of the death certificate, tick the box labeled 'Issue a certified copy of the death certificate'. Fill in the number of copies required in the 'Number of Copies' field.
Step 6: Then scroll down to the 'Attached Documents' section and upload the relevant profile files.
Step 7: Double-check the information. Then click on the box labeled 'I take legal responsibility for the declaration'. Once completed, choose 'Print Form' if necessary, otherwise select 'Continue'.
