Step-by-Step Guide to Online Registration for Parental, Child Benefits
Depending on where you want to submit your documents, you can choose to register for submission according to different regional levels:
- If you're submitting documents at the Ward/Commune/Township level, you register HERE
- If you're submitting documents at the District/County/Town level, you register HERE
Below, we will guide you on how to register for online parental, child benefits according to the Ward/Commune/Township submission address, and the registration process is similar for District/County/Town submissions:
Step 1: After accessing the registration link, the interface will appear as shown below.
Step 2: Under the 'Register for Parental, Child Benefits' section, click on the 'District/County' box to select the district you want to submit to.
Then, when the 'Receiving agency' appears, click again to select the agency you want to submit your documents to.
Step 3: You need to fill in all required fields accurately, especially those marked (*) in red, which are mandatory. The essential information to be filled in should be clearly and specifically divided into:
- Requester's information
- Relatives' information
- Recipient's information
Note: For easy communication and feedback, it is advisable to use your own email. If you don't have an email yet, you can register for one immediately, it only takes a few minutes to have your own email.
Step 4: After reaching the 'Other information' field. If you want to request a certified copy, click on the 'Request certified copy' box. Otherwise, you don't need to click.
Step 5: Navigate to the 'Attached documents' section, read and upload the appropriate documents in the 'attachment' box within the table.
Step 6: Double-check the information to ensure accuracy and completeness. Then, click on the 'I take legal responsibility for the declaration' box. Next, select 'Continue' to complete the procedure. If you want to print the form, click 'Print form' before selecting 'Continue'.
