Compose a message BH QT (social insurance number) -> send 8079

2. Look up submitted records, record status
Compose a message BH HS (record number) -> send 8079
Example: You want to look up submitted records, status of the record with the number 044486.G/2019/08708 -> then compose BH HS 044486.G/2019/08708 send 8079
3. Look up the time of participating in BHXH by year
Compose a message BH QT (social insurance number) (from year) (to year) -> send 8079
