To avoid overcrowding when taking children for vaccination, the Hanoi Preventive Health Center minimizes by allowing customers to register online.
To facilitate customers when bringing children for vaccination at Hanoi Preventive Health Center (No. 70 Nguyen Chi Thanh Street, Lang Thuong Ward, Dong Da District, Hanoi), reducing registration time, avoiding overcrowding when customers come to register at the Center. Registration starts at 9:00 am on December 29, 2015.
Accordingly, those who need to register for vaccination for their children perform the following steps:

Note that during this period, the Hanoi Preventive Health Center only administers Pentaxim vaccine for children born between 30/12/2012 and 30/10/2015.
Dose 1: (reminder): For children who received dose 3 on 30/12/2015 at least 1 year ago.
Dose 2: For children who received dose 2 on 30/12/2015 at least 30 days ago.
Dose 3: For children who received dose 1 on 30/12/2015 at least 30 days ago.
Dose 4: For children who have not received any combined vaccine (Quinvaxem, Pentaxim, Infanrix, Hexa, DPT..)
