Method 1: Opening on Desktop
When you install Excel or Office on your computer, the system will automatically create a shortcut icon for this tool. Simply double-click the Excel icon to launch the tool.

This is a quick and professional method, we will use the Run function with command codes. Here, when opening a software, we just need to remember the full name of the software.
