Recently, Opera released the latest Opera 40 Developer version for developers or users who want to try out new features before the official release of Opera 40.
Latest version of Opera officially launched
Unlike many other web browsers like Google Chrome or CocCoc, Opera stands out as a lightweight and moderately fast browser. Rather than chasing speed, Opera opts for a lightweight and user-friendly approach, offering many useful features for web browsing.
In the latest Opera 40 Developer version, users will find several new features, including the popup search feature. Users can easily search for information by simply pressing and holding a piece of text and selecting Search in the popup window that appears. This feature is now available on many browsers and helps speed up web browsing, especially on touch devices.
Additionally, the Opera 40 release brings many new improvements, particularly enhancing website suggestions, refreshing default themes, and introducing a useful automatic battery saving feature for laptops when unplugged. With this, Opera will recognize when you unplug your laptop to automatically activate battery saving mode based on battery percentage.
