Opera Mail supports you in managing Emails on the Opera browser such as Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo! Mail, AOL, etc. This allows you to easily manage your Email accounts.
Guide to Using Opera Mail for Email Management
Requirements:
- Install the Opera browser on your computer
- Download and install Opera Mail (this is a utility integrated into Opera)
Step 1: Open the installed Opera browser. Then click on Tool and select Mail and chat accounts.
A dialog box will appear. Choose Yes.
Step 2: Next, choose Email or Newsgroup. Here, we select Email and click Next
Step 3: Here, fill in the information: Name: Real name; Email address: Email address and Organization… Then click Next
Step 4: Next, enter your Email and login password, select IMAP or POP depending on the Email service you are using. Then click Finish
Then, the service will check and update your incoming mailbox
You'll find that the interface of Opera Mail is quite user-friendly, with a comprehensive dashboard and detailed statistics for your emails. You can preview emails while managing incoming messages, and the program automatically notifies you of new arrivals.
Step 5: To add a new account, select Tool and Mail and chat accounts, then press Add to include a new account, Edit to modify, or Delete to remove an existing one.
Step 6: To compose a new email, click on Compose. Proceed by entering the recipient's name, subject, attachments, etc. Once done, hit Sent.
Next, fill in the recipient's name, subject, attachments, etc. Once completed, press Send to dispatch the email.
- Important Note
- When using D-Com 3G, to save internet data, you can go to Tool and Mail and chat accounts, choose edit, then switch to the Incoming tab and select Low-bandwidth mode.
