Opera reveals desktop user interface overhaul in Reborn 3

Opera> Software has announced the first developer version of the 'new' Opera browser called R3 or Reborn 3. The company jokingly said that last week's update is the 'new standard.' According to Opera, R3 is the 'world's first Web 3-ready desktop browser' - it's unclear what that really means.

When you open the new Opera web browser - R3, you'll notice that R3 has new light and dark themes, both designed to be easy on the eyes, instead drawing your attention to web content. The themes are designed more statically by removing unnecessary dividing lines between sections that distract.

Essentially, Opera Software wants the Reborn 3 browser to be like a frame where there aren't many edges around, but rather attention is focused on the accessed website.

To make Reborn 3 more visually appealing, Opera Software has decided to move the screenshot tool to the URL bar to place this feature closer to other useful tools like 'Send to My Flow' and bookmarks. Important browser settings are now easily accessible through EasySetup located to the right of the URL.

In the EasySetup section, you can customize themes, add custom wallpapers, modify the interface of various browser sections, toggle ad blocking and My Flow features, change the download folder, clear web browsing data, input and manage passwords and bookmarks, as well as set Opera as the default browser. Additionally, there's another button to access all browser settings.

Finally, Opera Software has integrated the previously announced digital wallet with the latest developer preview of R3. To use this feature, you need to pair your desktop wallet with the Opera web browser for Android. Opera's digital wallet is limited in storing Ethereum tokens and other data, the company advises users not to use the wallet to hold large sums of money.
