OPPO A38 Quietly Unveils with Helio G85 Chip, 5000 mAh Battery, Dual 50MP Cameras

After circulating as rumors for some time, today, the OPPO A38 has discreetly made its debut. This phone is listed on their website in the United Arab Emirates.

As speculated by leaks, it features a primary 50MP camera and a mid-range chipset supporting only 4G.

OPPO A38 Launches

The OPPO A38 sports a 6.56-inch LCD with HD+ resolution, a 90Hz refresh rate, and adopts a waterdrop notch design to house the 5MP selfie camera. On the back, this smartphone houses a dual-camera setup, including a 50MP main sensor with an f/1.8 aperture and a 2MP camera for depth sensing in portrait shots.

OPPO A38 showcases a youthful design

Internally, the OPPO A38 is powered by the robust Mediatek Helio G85 chip, accompanied by 4GB RAM, 128GB internal storage, and the option for users to expand storage capacity through a microSD card slot, up to 1TB.

OPPO A38 Configuration

The OPPO A38 features a 5,000mAh battery with SuperVOOC 33W fast charging support. Other features include dual SIM support, a 3.5mm audio jack, the latest Bluetooth 5.3, and compliance with all major GNSS standards. The OPPO A38 will be available in two colors: Black Glowing and Gold Glowing.

Unfortunately, despite its official debut, OPPO has yet to disclose the pricing and release date for the OPPO A38.
