OPPO A78 4G showcases strong performance on Geekbench with Snapdragon 680 chip

OPPO has recently been discovered working on a new mid-range smartphone, named OPPO A78 4G.

Information about this product has been widely disclosed recently. Today, OPPO A78 4G was just discovered on a performance measurement website with some key technical specs.

OPPO A78 4G appears on Geekbench

As you can see in the image above, OPPO A78 has appeared on the Geekbench benchmark database with model number CPH2565. This phone has scored 411 points in the single-core test and 1,263 points in the multi-core test.

In terms of configuration, the OPPO mobile is confirmed to run on the Android 13 operating system and is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm chip codenamed 'bengal', with a maximum clock speed of 2.4GHz. This indicates that OPPO A78 will be equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor. The device is also confirmed to have 8GB of RAM.

Introducing the OPPO A78 4G

Last week, MySmartPrice exclusively revealed posters of the upcoming OPPO A78. Leaks suggest that the upcoming OPPO A-series smartphone will feature the OPPO Glow Diamond Matrix design and will come in Misty Black and Aqua Green color options.

OPPO A78 will feature a 6.43-inch AMOLED display with Full-HD+ resolution (1,080 x 2,400 pixels), 90Hz refresh rate, and a punch-hole for the selfie camera. It will be equipped with a 5,000mAh battery and support for 67W SuperVOOC fast charging.
