The most budget-friendly smartphone within the F3 lineup from Oppo has made its debut in the market.
Priced at 5.49 million dong, Oppo F3 Lite directly competes with Nokia 6 recently introduced by HMD Global in Vietnam.
Featuring a 5.2-inch HD display, the device showcases accurate color reproduction and good detail, though its brightness may pose inconvenience when used outdoors. The F3 Lite also comes equipped with a touch-type fingerprint sensor similar to its predecessors.
The device comes in black and gold colors. Its design resembles the F1s more, with well-finished details and tight connections to prevent it from feeling cheap despite its plastic exterior. However, the flat back and plastic frame can be uncomfortable to hold.
In terms of hardware, the F3 Lite is equipped with a Snapdragon 435 processor, 3 GB of RAM, and 32 GB of internal storage expandable via memory card. This configuration is equivalent to that of the Nokia 6 and Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime.
At a lower price point than the F3, the device is equipped with a 16-megapixel front camera, equivalent to the F1s, rather than the latest dual-camera setup from the manufacturer. The 13-megapixel rear camera with phase detection autofocus still offers features like UltraHD and professional photography modes.
The 3-in-1 SIM tray is a noteworthy feature of the product, allowing users to use two SIM cards while also using a memory card without sacrificing any functionality.
The device still uses a microUSB charging port, has a 2,900 mAh battery capacity, and does not support fast charging. The F3 Lite runs on Color OS 3.0 built on Android 6 without any bloatware, resulting in fast boot times and smooth, stable performance.
