1. Optimal Usage Guide for Sanaky Freezers
Sanaky Freezers are widely preferred nowadays, especially by households, businesses, and hospitality sectors. They assist in preserving food items, particularly fresh produce, ensuring longer shelf life while maintaining good quality. In this article, Sanaky Vietnam will guide esteemed customers on the proper, effective, safe, and product-enhancing usage of Sanaky Freezers.
Transportation and Installation
- When transporting the freezer in a vehicle, ensure it is not tilted beyond 45° to prevent damage. After transportation, allow the freezer to stabilize for 30 minutes to 1 hour before plugging it in for use.

– Position the freezer in a dry, dust-free, and well-ventilated area to ensure airflow behind it. Keep it at least 10cm away from the wall, avoid using fabric, and keep the condenser coils unobstructed. Avoid placing the freezer under direct sunlight.
– Place the freezer away from water sources, heat, and volatile substances to prevent corrosion.
Power Supply
– Ensure the power cord is large, capable of handling a load of at least 6A.
– Operate on a 220V-50Hz power supply. If the power source is unstable, consider using a voltage stabilizer.
– After plugging in, set the temperature control knob to 4. At this point, the red and green lights will illuminate. If there is frost inside the freezer, it indicates proper operation.
– After a power outage or power cut, wait at least 5 minutes before turning it back on.
Temperature Adjustment
– When there's not much food in the fridge, adjust the coldness to medium level to save energy. For regular refrigerators, you can adjust it to level 4 or 5 instead of MAX; if you're using less, you can adjust it down to level 2 or 3.
– When the adjustment knob is in the OFF position, the fridge switches to idle mode.
Food Preservation
– To ensure good airflow in the fridge for cooling and freezing, place food items apart.
– Avoid placing water bottles or cans in the freezer when the temperature is below 0°C.
– For food items, freezing causes water loss, so it's advisable to use wraps or sealed containers when storing them in the freezer. This method also helps minimize food odors lingering in the freezer.

– For freezers used for making smoothies, consider adding plastic trays to facilitate even airflow, ensuring faster freezing of food items.
– Absolutely avoid storing alkaline or acidic liquids and gases in the freezer.
Cleaning and Maintenance
– During freezer usage, it's important to clean it regularly. Before cleaning, disconnect the power and unplug it from the socket. Remove all remaining food from the freezer, then clean the inside with a neutral detergent.
– Do not use boiling water, acid, gasoline, or any chemicals to clean the fridge.
– After cleaning, dry the inside of the fridge thoroughly.

– Use a gentle soap to clean the door seals, rinse with clean water, and let it air dry naturally.
– Use a soft cloth and a mild detergent to clean the exterior of the fridge. Avoid letting the power cord fall into water. Avoid water splashing into the motor compartment.
– Apart from common issues, other errors must be checked by qualified technicians. Replacing or repairing electrical components such as the motor or thermostat is not permitted.
Defrosting
– Turn the Thermostat control knob from (ON) or (OFF) position to disconnect power.
– Remove foods, trays, and racks from the freezer, open the door to let the frost melt. Place a clean warm water basin, clean cotton towel, a piece of foam (sea sponge) for wet wiping, and drying.
– Use a clean soft cloth to clean the evaporator coils, inner compartments of the freezer, door panels, and other plastic parts of the freezer. You can also use diluted soap to scrub away dirt, then rinse with clean water and dry.
– When scrubbing, avoid leaving water at the bottom of the freezer, door seals, or the exterior shell of the freezer. Use a clean cloth soaked in warm water, then dry (do not use alkaline solution or any other substance other than water,… for scrubbing). Clean the condenser coils with a soft cloth, do not wipe with overly damp cloth, causing water to flow into the electrical box in the motor compartment, causing short circuits. Clean the bottom, feet of the freezer (ensure dryness to prevent rust and pests). After cleaning inside and outside the freezer, dry the gaps and leave the door open for 30-40 minutes for ventilation.
