Oracle VirtualBox is now compatible with Windows 11

The latest Oracle VirtualBox version 7.0.0 Beta 1 introduces significant changes in server operating system support. Specifically, the virtual software now has the capability to run on Windows 11 and macOS Big Sur.

Previous version 6.1.36 of VirtualBox did not support Windows 11 servers despite Windows 11 guest machines being supported since version 6.1.28.

The latest guide highlights enhancements for Windows 11 22H2 compatibility. Additionally, VirtualBox 7.0 Beta 1 now supports macOS 11 (Big Sur) and macOS 12 (Monterey), as well as popular Linux distributions like Ubuntu 20.04 LTS and 22.04 LTS, and Debian 11.
