To call dishes, order food with GrabFood on your phone, we'll have the following steps:
Step 1 : Update the Grab app for Android, iPhone to the latest version to use this feature here:
+ Get Grab for Android.
+ Get Grab for iPhone.
Step 2 : Next, let's start the Grab app and log in before proceeding to order food with this app.
If you don't have a Grab account, check: Sign up for Grab.
Step 3 : Next, in the app interface, we'll select the Food Delivery option, then press the address icon as shown below.
- Here, you'll set the address where we'll receive the food with this GrabFood ordering feature. Once successfully set up, we'll return to the Food Delivery interface and select the dishes we love .
Step 4 : Next, we'll select the dishes we want to order and call with GrabFood. These items will be saved in the food basket at the bottom of the screen, press the Cart to proceed.
Step 5 : The system will list all the items you've ordered with GrabFood, as well as the fees you'll be paying. You can select each item in this list to adjust the quantity of food.
After confirming your order, press the Order as shown above.
Step 6 : The GrabFood ordering feature will prompt you to choose one of two payment options: cash or through GrabPay . In this example, Mytour.vn chooses to pay with cash, and the system will immediately proceed to order the food.
The store will call to confirm your order once again to complete the food ordering process through this Grab app.
