Step 1: Download and update the Zalo app for Android, iPhone to the latest version suitable for your device here:

Step 2: Launch the updated Zalo app on your device.
Step 3: In the Zalo app interface, tap the three-dot icon at the top right corner of the screen, then select the Food icon to place food orders, call for dishes with Zalo Food.
Step 4: Now, the system will ask users to confirm address information, phone number, and name of the person ordering as shown below. Once you've entered these crucial details, click Start Ordering.
Immediately, the system will display a list of affiliated restaurants where you can place orders, as well as delivery times. Select a restaurant you want to order from with Zalo Food.
Step 5: Now, the system will display the menu of this restaurant. You'll choose your favorite dish, confirm the quantity, and press Add to Cart.
Step 6: Once you've made your desired dish selection, continue to tap the Shopping Cart icon. Zalo will then show the order information you've selected.
- You'll review your food order placed with Zalo Food and check the associated fees or enter a discount code for additional savings. Then, simply click Confirm Order.
Finally, Zalo will process your placed order and send notifications about the delivery driver's information and the food delivery route as shown above.
