'Traffic safety is the happiness of every home,' a slogan known to everyone, from young children to the elderly. It seems like a basic issue taught from preschool that should be managed properly, but perhaps, the issue of traffic safety always comes with stories of tragedy, pity about horrific accidents, or complaints about prolonged traffic jams.
Traffic safety is a concept used to refer to behaviors that ensure the safety of road users and order on the streets. Traffic safety is people obeying and following traffic laws for roads, railways, airways, etc., to protect their safety when controlling or riding on means of transportation. For roads, traffic safety includes rules such as wearing a helmet when riding a motorcycle, fastening the seatbelt when sitting in a car, stopping at the painted line when the traffic light is red, parking in the designated area, etc. Railways and airways are often less mentioned because these means of transportation are not used as much as motorcycles, bicycles, cars in Vietnam...(Continued)
