This article provides a detailed introduction to the PowerPoint interface.
1. Interface housing commands and controls:
1.1 Title Bar: Positioned at the top, displaying the name of the presentation.
1.2 Ribbon Bar: Located below the title bar, it comprises command tabs to help create a complete presentation.
- When selecting each command tab -> command groups within the tab are displayed:
1.3 File Menu on the left of the title bar: Contains frequently used commands such as creating a new file, saving, printing, etc.
1.4 At the far right of the title bar are 3 window control buttons:
- Minimize: Reduce the window size.
- Restore Down/Maximize: Adjust the window size.
- Close: Close the current presentation.
1.5 Quick Access Toolbar: Located on the right side of the title bar, displaying buttons for Save, Undo, Redo.
2. Main Interface:
- Overview Window: Displays thumbnails of all slides in the active presentation.
- Slide: This window occupies most of the program's space and shows the current slide of the presentation.
- Notes: Located below the slide window, allowing users to create notes for the presentation slides.
- At the bottom, there are buttons to toggle display modes, start Slide Show, and resize the window.
