Faker's anti-fans get humiliated again in an entertaining match.
In the final days of the 2023 season, audience attention shifts to late transfer deals and non-competitive show matches. Riot introduces the Preseason LMHT version in 2024, with new tournaments returning in mid-January 2024. Show matches serve as entertainment, especially with T1's packed schedule of interactions.

In the LPL, a special fan club show match recently took place, a grand clash between the team 'Fan Faker' and 'Anti-fan Faker' in the Faker Cup. The fan-made team dominated, losing only one game and winning all 6 remaining matches in two BO5 rounds.

Not only showcasing lesser skill, anti-Faker fans also exhibited shameful behavior, vehemently condemned. After securing victory, Fan Faker's team accused the anti-fans of deliberately using 'smurf' accounts (players with higher skills than allowed) during the match. Interestingly, these anti-fans had previously lost to Fan Faker's team, and the disputed match was a rematch.

Not confined to entertaining tournaments, the presence of 'smurf' players frustrates others in any setting. These highly skilled players, for personal satisfaction, create new accounts to prey on lower-ranked opponents, denying teammates any chance to enjoy the game when they claim 'complete domination from A to Z.'

The Faker tournament is just a fun event among the exclusive fan club tournaments set to emerge in the future at LPL. However, issues have arisen, all due to the selfish motives of a faction of gamers.
