Payday 3 Sets Date for Closed Beta, Inviting Players to Dive into Bank Heists

Publisher Deep Sliver and developer Starbreeze have officially revealed the closed beta schedule for Payday 3. However, players should note that this version will only be available on PC through Steam, while the Xbox Series X/S version will be accessible via Xbox Insider Hub.The next installment of the Payday game series, the renowned worldwide co-op FPS, will undergo closed beta testing from 08/02 to 07/08. Microsoft has announced that they will provide this version to players on a first-come, first-served basis. In the closed beta version, players will embody 4 main characters wearing clown masks, including Dallas, Hoxton, Chains, and Wolf in the No Rest for the Wicked heist. Deep Sliver describes this as a typical Payday robbery mission involving stealing from a small bank. Of course, this is just in-game, so don't try it in real life! Currently, neither Deep Sliver nor Starbreeze are providing any further information about the closed beta version on PlayStation 5. However, the game will still be released on 09/21 on PS5, as well as PC and Xbox X/S.
