How to Pay Postpaid Mobile Bills with Vietcombank
Currently, with your Vietcombank debit card, you can pay postpaid mobile bills in 3 different ways. Specifically:
Method 1: Paying Postpaid Mobile Bills at Vietcombank ATMs.
Usage Conditions: You need to possess a Vietcombank debit card
Follow these steps carefully:
Step 1: Take your Vietcombank ATM card to the nearest ATM machine. Enter your PIN to access the system.
Step 2: Select 'Service Fee Payment', then choose your service provider (the telecommunications company you are using) and enter your customer ID (postpaid phone number).
Step 3: The screen will display the postpaid mobile charges you need to settle. Press 'agree' to complete the transaction.
Step 1: Log in with your username and password to access the 'Vietcombank' application on your mobile phone.
Step 2: In the 'finance' tab, select 'bill payment', choose 'postpaid mobile charges'.
Step 3: Select the source account to pay for the 'postpaid mobile charges' service, choose the provider, enter the phone number, and click 'continue'.
Step 4: The screen displays the postpaid subscription information you have exceeded, as well as the amount of charges you need to pay to the network service provider this month. Please review the information and press 'continue'.
Step 5: Authenticate the transaction (via SMS message or fingerprint), press 'continue' to finalize the transaction
Method 3: Paying postpaid mobile bills through Vietcombank iB@nking.
With the VCB - iB@nking app, your postpaid mobile bill payment process will be carried out quickly, conveniently right on internet-connected devices. However, to use this method, you need to register for Vietcombank's internet banking

Step 1: Access the VCB - iB@nking system via this link
Step 2: Select 'Bill Payment' in the 'payment' menu
Step 3: Choose the source account, select 'service provider', enter 'customer code' then press 'confirm'
Step 4: Choose the OTP delivery method, enter the OTP code to authenticate the transaction, select 'payment' to complete the transaction
Note: OTP code (one-time confirmation code) is only valid for 2 minutes. After this period, if you haven't confirmed the transaction, you need to follow the steps above to retrieve the confirmation code
