- Clause 2, Article 8 of Decree 144/2021/NĐ-CP stipulates fines ranging from 1 million to 2 million VND for the act of: Illegal betting in sports events, recreational activities, or other activities.

- Imprisonment from 03 years to 07 years:

+ Recidivism poses a danger.
