Step-by-step guide to prepare Meiji Grade 9 milk
Meiji Grade 9 milk closely mimics the nutritional composition of mother's milk. It's easy for infants to consume and digest, ensuring no worries for mothers about issues like heat sensitivity or constipation. Furthermore, the nutritional focus of the product ensures that when your child consumes Meiji milk, concerns about obesity or sudden weight gain, common with other European formula milks, are no longer a concern for mothers.
Meiji Grade 9 milk (for children aged 12-36 months) comes in two variants:
- Small box: 28g x 24 bars – each bar contains 5 servings – mix each serving with 40ml of water.
- Big box: 28g x 48 bars – includes 2 small boxes of 24 bars each.

However, due to the entirely Japanese packaging of this product, many mothers are unsure about the correct way to prepare Meiji Grade 9 milk. Today, Mytour will provide mothers with the most detailed guidance on how to prepare Meiji Grade 9 milk.
- Step 1: Prepare, clean, and sterilize all baby milk preparation tools: Before preparing the milk, mothers should clean and then sterilize the necessary tools: milk bottles, nipples, spoons, cups, etc. by boiling them for about 3 minutes and then removing them.
- Step 2: Select the appropriate number of milk tablets for your baby's age each time
- Step 3: Prepare powdered milk for the baby: Use lukewarm boiled water (around 50 degrees) to prepare for the baby. Calculate the amount of water needed to prepare according to the formula: 1 tablet is equivalent to 40 ml of water. Pour 2/3 of the required water into the milk bottle, then add the milk and shake to dissolve. Then pour the remaining water into the milk bottle and shake again to evenly dissolve the milk.
- Step 4: Cool the milk to the appropriate temperature of 35-40 degrees for the baby to drink: by placing the milk bottle in a bowl of cold water

Important Note:
- Store Meiji milk in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, and not in the refrigerator.
- Do not feed the baby milk that has been prepared for more than 2 hours.
- Do not dilute the milk as it won't provide adequate nutrition for the baby, and absolutely do not make it too concentrated as it can negatively impact the baby's kidneys.
