Removing facial imperfections with Photoinstrument
Step 1: Open Photoinstrument by clicking on the desktop icon (if you agreed to place this utility on the desktop during installation).
Alternatively, open the Start Menu (bottom-left corner of the screen) --> type Photoinstrument in the Search Programs and Files section and open Photoinstrument from the Programs list.
Step 2: Open the image you want to edit by clicking on File --> Open, or use the shortcut Ctrl + O.

Step 3: First, to elevate the nose, enlarge the eyes, or make the lips of this girl plump, use the Liquify tool. In this tool, under the Deform Mode, choose the Move mode, resize the tool if necessary.
Click Original to review the results.
Step 4: To remove facial imperfections like acne marks, scars in this photo, use the Skin Cleaner tool.

Step 5: For skin smoothing, use the Glamour Skin tool, adjust the size and appropriate parameters.
Hold down the mouse and move over the entire area of skin that needs to be smoothed.

Now you can compare the original photo with the one after completion to see the differences.
