Everything would have been calm if not for a recent competition lawsuit. A gaming portal with a similar real cash reward feature called Skillz has filed a lawsuit accusing AviaGames of copying their games, along with another company called Big Run. Evidence suggests that the interfaces and formats of the mini-games on AviaGames resemble those of Skillz suspiciously.

Furthermore, Skillz declares they have investigated and have evidence proving that AviaGames used bots (automated software controlled by machines) to participate in tournaments. The objective is to utilize highly skilled bots to defeat real players, thus eliminating all players from the tournament to avoid paying rewards.
Upon hearing this information, some players participating in AviaGames tournaments in Texas have filed lawsuits against this entity for fraud and demanded compensation. AviaGames has not responded to accusations of bot-related cheating, but they will have to face Skillz in court for copyright infringement in February 2024. It remains to be seen whether the 'house always wins' skills of this company will be beneficial in court.
