According to Gurman, it has now reached an 'advanced development stage' and could be unveiled in the latter half of this year.

Bloomberg's journalist suggests that the upcoming iMac model is expected to offer color and size options, including a 24-inch variant similar to the current model. It's rumored to be equipped with Apple's upcoming M3 processor. This new chip is expected to bring significant improvements in performance and energy efficiency thanks to the latest 3nm manufacturing process by TSMC.
Additionally, Gurman hints at changes in the internal design and a new stand manufacturing process for the new iMac. However, he did not provide details about these changes.
It is known that the latest iMac model from the company was launched in April 2021 with the M1 chip, an ultra-thin body, and youthful color options. Currently, this is also the only model in this product line that Apple sells as Intel chip versions have been discontinued for the past two years.
As per Gurman, the new iMac is internally codenamed J433 and J434. Although detailed information is still scarce, this all-in-one PC is expected to be launched earliest in the second half of 2023.
