Ingredients:
- 500g of faux ribs
- Ginger, lemongrass
- Fermented shrimp paste, sugarcane honey (or brown sugar)
- Fish sauce, bouillon cubes, MSG.

Instructions:
Step 1: Bring a pot of water to a boil, blanch the faux ribs for about 3 minutes, then pour out and rinse with cold water.
Step 2: Peel and slice the ginger. Crush the lemongrass, finely chop. Marinate the ribs with ginger, lemongrass, fermented shrimp paste, sugarcane honey, bouillon cubes, MSG, fish sauce according to family taste. Wear nylon gloves and squeeze to marinate the ribs evenly with the seasoning for about 30 minutes.

Step 3: Bring a pot to the stove, roast until the ribs are cooked and firm, then add a small bowl of filtered water, simmer until the ribs are tender.
