2. Tomato Egg Soup

Ingredients: Pork shoulder (100g); tomato (1); straw mushrooms (10g); egg (1); 2 tablespoons cornstarch slurry (made by mixing 1 tablespoon of water with 1 tablespoon of cornstarch), ¼ teaspoon sesame oil; seasoning (onion, cilantro, celery. ¼ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon sugar, 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper)
How to Cook: Slice the meat thinly, marinate with salt, sesame oil, and 1 teaspoon of cornstarch for about 15 minutes. Stir-fry mushrooms and tomatoes, season to taste, add water as needed, and bring to a boil. Then add the meat and cook together. When the broth boils again, add the cornstarch mixture. Once the broth thickens, pour in the beaten eggs, gently stir with chopsticks, add a little sesame oil, sprinkle with pepper, and turn off the heat.
3. Bottle Gourd Soup

Ingredients: Bottle gourd (half); mugwort (50g); shrimp without head and tail (50g) or snakehead fish (100g); seasoning: shallots, crushed black pepper.
How to Cook: Leave the gourd unpeeled, cut into 3cm slices, grill until golden brown on both sides over charcoal. Pour water into a pot, bring to a boil, then add all the ingredients and cook for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat, season to taste. Consume hot 3 times a day, immediately within 3 – 4 days. 4. Golden Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients: golden pumpkin (150g); clams or mussels, scallops (200g). Substitute with free-range chicken for a richer flavor. 5g sliced ginger; seasoning (MSG, shallots…).

6. Pork Rib and Turnip Soup

Ingredients: Young pork ribs (300g); white turnip (1); winter melon (100g); seasoning (shallots, ginger…)
Directions: Cut pork ribs into small pieces, wash thoroughly. Bring water to a boil, add ribs and simmer for about 20 minutes, continuously skimming off impurities to keep the broth clear and fragrant. Then add ginger, shallots, winter melon and continue simmering for another half an hour. Add white turnip and simmer for an additional 20 minutes. Remove from heat, season to taste, serve hot. 7. Bitter Gourd Soup

Ingredients: Mulberry leaves (150g); young lotus leaves (5 leaves); bitter gourd (150g); young green grape clusters (10g); sliced ginger (5g); seasoning
