Exercise on Essay Writing: Answering Questions, Titling, and Indexing
1. Based on the pictures in “Vietnamese Exercise Book, Volume 1” pages 20, 21, answer the questions:
* Picture 1. What is the boyfriend drawing on?
- The boyfriend is drawing on a white wall in a public place.
* Picture 2. What does the boyfriend say to the girlfriend?
- The boyfriend points to the picture he drew on the wall and asks the girlfriend, “Is it beautiful?”
* Picture 3. How does the girlfriend comment?
- The girlfriend comments: “It's beautiful, but drawing on the wall makes the classroom look ugly.”
* Picture 4. What are the two friends doing?
- The two friends are repainting the wall where the boyfriend drew nonsense.
2. Title the Story
Based on the story's content, you can title the story as follows:
“Beauty vs. Reality”, “Misplaced Artwork”, “Doodles”.
3. Write the titles of the reading exercises for Week 6.

Open the table of contents of the book “Vietnamese 2, Volume 1” pages 155, 156 to see Week 6 (school topic), mark the reading exercises (3 exercises) with a pencil then write them in the exercise book. Those are: “Scrap Paper”, “New School”, “Buying Glasses”.
