In the magazine 'Craft Villages and the Conservation of Intangible Cultural Values,' author Lê Thị Minh Lý pointed out that 'According to Courrier du Vietnam (17/3/2003), there are over 2000 craft villages in our country, with 1594 in the North (79%), 312 in the Central region (15.5%), and 111 in the South (5.5%).' Therefore, our country has many traditional craft villages. In today's life, these villages have brought many material values and increased economic profits for the localities. Furthermore, these craft villages are also places for preserving and conserving the cultural values established by our ancestors.
As everyone knows, each handicraft product often has its own unique characteristics, representing each craft village.
