Today, I wish to discuss community volunteerism through the lens of empathy and solidarity. Let us embark on a voyage of understanding as I present my perspective.
Hello everyone! In our speaking and listening session, I aim to articulate my views on community volunteerism. I invite you to join me as I delve into this topic.
Throughout history, the spirit of altruism and mutual aid has been a cherished tradition within our society. Individuals and organizations alike have tirelessly worked to establish groups and initiatives, pooling resources for the betterment of our community. These endeavors warrant recognition and commendation.
Dear teacher and beloved classmates! Learning about Operation Smile deeply touches my heart, witnessing the generosity of kind-hearted individuals. Operation Smile was established in 1982 with the noble mission of providing surgeries for infants born with cleft lips and palates. To date, the organization has successfully performed surgeries for over 100,000 children nationwide. These children now have normal, unblemished faces.
Through community volunteerism, we come to learn many touching stories of hardship. Volunteer activities not only help less fortunate individuals improve their lives but also inspire them to strive for a better future.
Let us join hands for a civilized and happy society by participating more in community volunteer activities!
That concludes my presentation. Thank you, teacher and classmates, for your attentive listening!

Hello everyone, I am Hai Dang. Here, I will share my thoughts on community volunteering activities. I hope you all listen attentively!
Dear all, community volunteering is one of the noble deeds, reflecting the tradition of solidarity and compassion of our nation. Such actions contribute to spreading good, humane values to everyone in society.
Observing life and exploring through various media channels and communication platforms, I've noticed that alongside post-storm recovery efforts, there are numerous initiatives directed towards impoverished children and elderly individuals living alone. For instance, the Youth Volunteer activities in Ho Chi Minh City support purchasing essential goods to assist the elderly during the pandemic. Charity funds and social welfare programs provide free meals to orphaned children and the elderly without shelter.
These activities not only showcase the altruistic nature of volunteers nationwide but also aid those facing difficulties and unfortunate circumstances in society. Furthermore, they contribute to preserving and carrying forward the noble traditions of our ancestors.
I hope that each of you can contribute in your own small way by donating, supporting with books, warm clothing for underprivileged students, and impoverished children. Every little action from us can help brighten a struggling life, my friends!
That concludes my presentation! I thank you and everyone for your attentive listening! I look forward to receiving feedback from you all to further improve my presentation skills.
3. Speech presenting personal views on community volunteer activities - sample 3:
Dear teacher and classmates, in today's speaking and listening practice session, I would like to share my thoughts on community volunteer activities. I hope you all will listen attentively!
Surely, many of us have heard the folk song refrain:
'Oh pumpkin, please embrace the melon tight
Though different, yet united as one.
The folk song above speaks of the spirit of solidarity and mutual affection among our people. This spirit has become a noble tradition passed down through generations. Today, continuing this tradition, countless community volunteer activities have been initiated. These activities have contributed to spreading humanistic values to all people in society.
Every year, our country must brace itself against nearly a dozen different storms and floods. Storms ravage many villages, houses, causing immense damage to the property and lives of the people. To help fellow citizens recover from the aftermath of storms, many individuals and organizations have rallied to mobilize the altruistic spirit of people nationwide. Faced with the heavy damage caused by floods, the youth of Nghe An quickly collaborated with local authorities and functional forces to assist people in overcoming the consequences of the storm. These young men, undeterred by hardship, worked in the rain to help people clear fallen trees, clean roads, houses, and collect garbage. This is the clearest evidence of the sharing, love of the Vietnamese people.
It can be said that community volunteer activities play an extremely important role in today's life. These activities not only help those in difficult circumstances, less fortunate have a good life but also contribute to overcoming difficulties, limitations caused by natural disasters, storms, and floods. At the same time, they also spread positive values, humanistic values to the community and preserve, continue the age-old tradition of mutual affection among our ancestors.
I hope those of you sitting here can contribute your small part to volunteer activities. My presentation ends here. I thank you and everyone for your attentive listening!
