Step 1: First, open the desired Word file. Go to Review → Restrict Formatting and Editing
Step 2: A dialog box for Restrict Formatting and Editing will appear. Check Allow only this type of editing in the document (1) → select Filling in form in the select box (2) → Yes, Start Enforcing Protection (3).

2. Prevent Printing in Word Files
Step 1: Open the Word file you don't want to print. Highlight the content you don't want to be printed → right-click → Font.
Step 2: In the Font dialog box, check Hidden → OK.
Step 3: Now you will see the entire content disappear. Go to File → Options
Step 4: In the Word Options dialog box. Select the Display tab → check Hidden Text → OK.
Now you will see the content you chose not to print with dotted underline marks. When printing, this content will not be displayed on the printed page.
3. Prevent Viewing in Word Files
Step 1: After composing the text content. Click on the circular button icon → Save.
Step 2: In the Save As window. Instead of saving normally, click on Tools → General Options.
Step 3: In the General Options window. Enter a password into both textboxes → OK.
Now when you open this Word file, a password prompt will appear. If entered correctly, you can use them as needed, but if entered incorrectly, you won't be able to view the content of this Word file, and of course, you can't do anything with it.
