1. Guide to Double-Sided Printing with Word
Guide on Double-Sided Printing in cases where the printer supports it
Step 1: Firstly, Mytour will guide you on double-sided printing in Word when your printer supports the automatic paper scrolling feature. Open the Word file and click on File.
Note: We are using Word, Excel 2016, so readers can follow along using Office 2013, 2016 versions.

Step 3: Look down and find the Print one Sided section. Click on it and change it to Print on Both Sides to enable double-sided printing in Word.
There are two crucial parameters to note, Even Page for printing even pages and Odd Page for printing odd pages.
Step 3: You can print odd pages first with Odd Page, then print pages 1, 3, 5, 7, 9... After printing, flip the paper over and insert it. Then select Even Page to continue printing.

2. Guide for double-sided printing with Excel
When the printer lacks support
As this feature is absent in Excel, we need an alternative solution: convert Excel to PDF. With the PDF format, double-sided printing becomes a breeze.
Step 1: Start by clicking on Save as and choose the location to save this file.
Step 2: Next, select the Save as type as PDF, give the file a name, and click Save.

Guide to Double-Sided Printing in PDF
Step 1: Right on the PDF Menu bar, choose the printer icon as shown below.
Step 2: In the Print Range section, select Page and then specify the page numbers if the document is too lengthy.
Here are two familiar options Exclusive to Odd Pages for odd-numbered pages and Exclusive to Even Pages for even-numbered pages.
Step 3: If you choose Odd Pages Only, it will print pages 1, 3, 5, 7, etc. Take a look at the preview image next to it.
Conversely, with Odd Pages, select Even Pages Only, and you'll notice the preview image corresponding to the even-numbered pages change in the PDF.
Step 4: If your printer supports double-sided printing, simply click on the Print on Both Sides of Paper option below.
