1. Selecting All Emails at Once
Usually, we tend to select and delete emails one by one, which can be time-consuming. To solve this issue, log in to Gmail -> tick the icon as shown in the image to delete all on one page or click on Select All conversation in All Mail to delete all.
2. Displaying Multiple Addresses, Emails on One Page
To display more emails than default, follow these steps:
Step 1: Click on the Settings icon, then select Settings as shown in the image:
Step 2: In the Maximum page size section, you can adjust the number of Show Conversations or contacts as desired.
3. Automatically Forward to the Next Dialog Box
In case you're reading an email, then you delete it or save it to another folder, Gmail by default will take you back to the initial interface where you see all your emails. Now, imagine if you had to read the content before deciding to delete it, and having to delete hundreds of emails like that would be very time-consuming. The Auto-advance tool will help reduce this burden.
Step 1: Click on the Settings icon, then select Settings as shown in the image:
Step 2: Switch to the Labs tab as shown in the image.
Step 3: Scroll down to find Auto-advance, select Enable, then scroll to the bottom and choose Save change.
Step 4: Go back to Settings, navigate to Auto-advance section. Choose how you want Gmail to behave after completing a task with an email.
