1. Appointing family members as accountants within their managed units
2. Village officials' pensions and social insurance allowances increased by over 7%
3. Underprivileged prisoner families to be prioritized for special parole
5. Verbal abuse during sports activities can incur fines up to 20 million VND
6. Sunshade-less tourist vehicles can be fined up to 5 million VND
7. Pressuring tourists into shopping can result in fines up to 3 million VND
8. Fines for sports activities with explicit content
9. Direct payment for health examination and treatment costs for those with health insurance cards
10. Even with a lost health insurance card, medical fees are still covered
11. Vietlot tickets over 60 days are no longer eligible for rewards
12. Increase allowances for retiring commune and ward officials
