Note: When printing, the text will remain in the default format of black text on a white background.
Protecting Your Eyes When Editing Documents with Word
* Microsoft Word 2003
Step 1: Click Tool --> Options
Step 2: In the Options window --> select the General tab, check the box in the Blue background, white text --> OK section
* Microsoft Word 2007, 2010, 2013
On the toolbar, select Page Layout --> Page Color, choose the background color as blue
After adjusting the background font and text color, the Word editing screen will become much more comfortable, ensuring the necessary contrast between the document background and text color to help your eyes adjust more easily.
Additionally, you can also make similar adjustments when editing documents with other tools available in the Microsoft Office 2013 suite.
