- Thoroughly wash hands with soap and water before preparing baby formula
- Clean the bottle or formula dispenser. Boil these tools for 1 minute or use a bottle sterilizer to sanitize them.
- Use the provided spoon in the box to scoop Enfamil powder and always keep the spoon dry in the box.
- For 1 scoop of Enfamil A+ Lactofree Care, it's approximately 4.3g mixed with 30ml of warm water at 40ºC.
- Refer to the table below to accurately measure the boiled water and formula powder as per the nutritionist's instructions.

- Once you have measured the formula powder and water correctly, pour the ingredients into the formula dispenser and use a stirring spoon until the formula is completely dissolved, and you have a bottle of nourishment for your baby.
Note:
- Normal dilution ratio: 13g Enfamil A+ Lactofree Care dissolves in 90.2ml of water to make 100ml of formula.
- For babies over 6 months old, consult a doctor regarding introducing complementary solid foods into the baby's diet.
- If the product is diluted too much (insufficient or too much water) or too concentrated (too much formula or insufficient water), the baby may not absorb the appropriate nutrients, leading to poor health and susceptibility to illness.
Caution:
- Avoid using a microwave to heat the product as it may cause severe burns.
- Once prepared, Enfamil product deteriorates quickly, so feed the baby immediately or store it in the refrigerator at a temperature of 2-4 degrees Celsius for up to 24 hours.
- Do not let the baby consume the prepared product without refrigeration for more than 2 hours.
