Embark on your adventure with a grand single-player campaign following a new and original story with Earth's mightiest heroes. After a catastrophic incident leading to widespread devastation, pushing the superheroes out of legal bounds and into a world in peril, you'll step into the shoes of the young Kamala Khan (Ms. Marvel) as she uncovers a shocking conspiracy. During the solo campaign, you'll reassemble a superhero lineup, master extraordinary abilities, and customize a range of iconic characters such as Hulk, Iron Man, Captain America, and others as you strive to save the world from both major and minor threats.

Continue the Battle

The Avengers Initiative serves as the central hub in the expansive in-game world where you can jump in and play online co-op with 4 other players to defend Earth against threats that only the Avengers can defeat. Here, you can continue to enhance your roster while exploring a series of interconnected stories and missions unfolding after the completion of the single-player campaign. The Avengers Initiative will evolve over time, adding more heroes, villains, areas, and new equipment in the years to come.

Enter the War Zone

War Zone is a vast expanse where you can play solo or co-op, featuring side content such as exploring storage facilities, defeating powerful foes, seizing AIM warehouses, rescuing allies, and earning rewards. Access these activities through the War Table - found in Outposts, Quinjets, and the Chimera Helicarrier - where you track AIM's activities worldwide.

Up to 4 players can form a team to complete War Zone missions, and with over 80 missions available at launch, you have a ton of options on how to play Marvel's Avengers - and who to play with!

Play with Friends

If you prefer assembling a team of friends in your own Strike Team, that's easily done. Hover over their username and select them in the Social tab from the Character menu. Don't worry if your friends are at a higher level than you. When in a Strike Team, levels are harmonized across the whole team. Additionally, the Challenge rating also doesn't limit teaming up. Difficulty is set individually for each player and affects the rewards you receive upon mission completion. Rewards are not shared, so don't worry about other players snagging the hard-earned loot you worked so diligently to acquire.
