According to PUBG Corp, the new War Mode takes players to smaller restricted combat zones, with respawns until the team reaches 100 points. Rescuing teammates adds 3 points to the team and deducts 1 point if an opponent eliminates or resurrects a teammate.
Android players can experience the War Mode in recent beta versions of PUBG Mobile.
In addition to the new War Mode, PUBG Mobile 0.7.0 update also introduces a new clan system allowing players to create and customize clan insignias and earn rewards by completing missions and challenges.
While rewards are distributed to team members, solo players can leverage the new achievement system to earn in-game items in PUBG Mobile.
Other changes and additions in the PUBG Mobile 0.7.0 update:
- Suggestions for country, clan, and friends will be displayed on the screen, allowing players to join War Zone areas classified by geographical location.
- New armor, weapons, aircraft, and vehicles added.
- Addition of the new SLR Sniper Rifle available on the PUBG version for Xbox One and PC.
