Clearly, these players do not suffer from cognitive issues. On the contrary, they are fully capable of understanding the reasons behind their situation. However, when given advice by others, they display an 'arrogant' attitude, disregarding criticism and only caring about restoring their gaming account to normal. Or another case, banned for using inappropriate language, also just 'eagerly' waiting out the punishment to continue venting their frustrations.
