Wild sunflowers flourish in the western part of Quang Tri, typically blooming in October and November each year. During the blossoming season, the Hồ Chí Minh highway attracts numerous tourists. However, due to the sparse concentration of flowers, it has not truly stood out yet. The aspiration of the advocacy group is to establish a wild sunflower kingdom similar to Da Lat here.
