2. Is this service for F0 or F1?
A: Currently, the hotel quarantine service is only for F1 individuals. Specifically, it is for F1 individuals undergoing medical quarantine at centralized quarantine facilities or those F1 individuals who are unable to self-quarantine at home and wish to transfer to hotel quarantine, voluntarily covering the accommodation costs and hotel services.
3. How can I travel from home to the quarantine hotel?
Currently, Vinasun and Mai Linh taxi companies have been licensed to transport F1 individuals to quarantine locations, and they will have dedicated vehicles for this purpose. You can contact the hotlines of Vinasun and Mai Linh to book a ride to the quarantine hotel.
4. I am an F1 individual under home quarantine and do not have the required quarantine documents from the District Health Department. Can I book a quarantine hotel room on Klook?
You can still choose to quarantine at a hotel, but the minimum quarantine period must be 7 days. The hotel will report the quarantine status to the district health department, and only when approved by the district authorities can the guest conclude the quarantine period.
5. I'm an F1 individual currently under home quarantine and want to transfer to hotel quarantine through Klook. What do I need to do, prepare, and where do I start?
You need to book a hotel quarantine room (minimum 7 days) and register for a COVID-19 test on Klook before arriving at the hotel. Subsequently, the hotel will send your profile to the district health department for review. The duration of your quarantine will range from 7 - 14 days depending on the decision from the district health department.
7. How will I be provided meals during my stay at the hotel quarantine?
The hotel will provide you with three nutritious meals and sufficient drinks throughout your stay. Rest assured!
8. Can I do laundry at the hotel quarantine?
Rest assured, the hotel will assist with laundry. Each hotel has its own regulations, and this information will be provided when you check-in.
9. What do I need to prepare before arriving at the hotel for quarantine?
You need to bring:
- ID/CCCD (ID card)
- Handover report from the district health department (your current location/quarantine facility)
- Epidemiological declaration form (provided by the district health department)
- Confirmation of hotel quarantine booking
- Clothes and personal items
- Medication if you are currently taking any
10. How many days do I have to quarantine at the hotel? And how many times do I need to take the COVID-19 test?
The number of quarantine days and COVID-19 test frequency will follow the guidelines and regulations provided in the documents by the district health department. Additionally, according to the regulations of the Ministry of Health and the Government, for all individuals requiring quarantine, the quarantine period is 14 days.
11. Can I get a Covid-19 test at the hotel?
During hotel quarantine, healthcare staff will collect test samples on the first, seventh, and thirteenth days throughout your stay.
12. Is there a doctor to monitor the health condition of those in quarantine at the hotel?
There is no dedicated doctor at the hotel. Please monitor your health and promptly inform the hotel or healthcare personnel if you experience any symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, difficulty breathing, or any other unusual symptoms.
13. Can I share the quarantine room with my family?
Ideally, each person should quarantine in a separate room. However, a room can accommodate up to two people if they are family members and voluntarily choose to stay together (According to Point d, Clause 2.3, Article 2, Section VI of Decision 1246/QD-BYT dated March 20, 2020, issued by the Ministry of Health on the temporary guidelines for centralized medical isolation at hotels for voluntary self-payers during the COVID-19 pandemic.)
