In this month, if you and your family use a total of 300kW, the first 50 units will be charged at a rate of 1.678 VND/kWh. The next 50kWh will be charged at a rate of 1.734 VND/kWh, the next 100 units at a rate of 2.014 VND/kWh, and the remaining 100 units at a rate of 2.536 VND/kWh. 

Tier 1 (50 units) = 50 x 1.678 = 83,900 VND

Tier 2 (50 units) = 50 x 1.734 = 86,700 VND

Tier 3 (100 units) = 100 x 2.014 = 201,400 VND

Tier 4 (100 units) = 100 x 2.536 = 253,600 VND

Total Electricity Cost = (Tier 1 + Tier 2 + Tier 3 + Tier 4) x 108% (8% VAT) = (83,900 + 86,700 + 201,400 + 253,600) x 108% = 632,357 VND.
