Guide to Monitoring Health with BeFit WatchS
On the main interface of the watch, swipe it to the left to access the list of features it offers. Scroll down to find a range of health monitoring functions, select the one you need.
The measurement methods of these functions are essentially the same, so I'll use the SpO2 measurement feature as an example. Wear the watch on your wrist, it will start measuring. Keep your hand still and face the watch upwards for the most accurate result.

Wishing you successful monitoring and an even better experience with this smartwatch. If you encounter any difficulties during use, let me know in the comments below. Also, don't forget to share the article with others if you find it helpful.
